General Event FAQs

How can I prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Get a COVID-19 test the week before coming to the event and make sure that it is NEGATIVE. If it is positive do not come to the event. Do not show up to the event if you have a fever, cough, temperature or are sick. Make sure everyone in your party also adheres to this. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. We recommend you quarantine for 14 days before coming to the show.

What costs are incurred on-site?
All rooms are paid for in advance. However, guests will be required to put a credit card on file to cover any potential damages to the rooms.

Where do I smoke?
All rooms are non-smoking and your card on file will be charged if smoking of any kind takes place within your hotel room, the atrium, or anywhere else inside the DoubleTree Hotel. There are 2 designated Smoking Sections on the East and West end of the building. Guests must access the Smoking Sections via the side entry doors. Guests are not allowed to move about the Atrium.

Can I book my room through the hotel?
No, in and around the event area have been reserved for this specific event. This prevents us from disturbing other guests who are not attending the event and gives our guests premium access to where the action is happening.

If I have event questions should I contact the hotel?
We are the best source of information about this very special event. If your question isn’t covered in the FAQs please reach out via our contact info on our site or on our social media platforms.

Can I go anywhere in the hotel? You will be asked to stay in your room. We will have food and drink runners so you really won’t have any reason to need to leave your room for anything until it is time to go home.

How will the stages and sound be arranged?
The stage will be in the atrium underneath the awning on the second floor facing the balconies of the hotel rooms. The rooms with balcony views will all be able to see with an unobstructed view unless otherwise noted. The tables on the floor will also have a full view and be set up for optimal listening.

Where can I get something to eat during the event?
We will have food trucks in the East parking lot. You will not have to leave your room to get to the trucks. SerotonINN Sound Series has designated food runners that will take your order to you in your room.

What happens if my party does not follow the rules and guidelines?
Our security team will be roaming the hallways and the hotel grounds to make sure everyone is staying in their hotel rooms safe and social distanced. If you are caught breaking these rules (i.e. leaving your room to go to someone else’s), you and your entire room will be immediately ejected from the event, no exceptions. For this to be a safe event, we must all follow the rules. Zero tolerance for breaking any of the rules.

What does my hotel room booking include?
Hotel room bookings include sleeping arrangements for 4 guests total (2 queen beds or a king bed + double sofa bed). Each hotel booking comes with your own bathroom and a ‘viewing area’.

What types of viewing areas are there?
Atrium Viewing Rooms allow guests to view the concert directly from their room balconies. 4 people can sleep in an Atrium Viewing Room, but up to 8 people can view the concert from it.

Bottle Service Tables seat 8 people on the atrium floor, or on one of the atrium-facing balconies. Bottle Service Tables come with 1-2 non-atrium rooms for guests to return to after the event.

How can 8 people view the concert from an Atrium Viewing Room if only 4 people can sleep in it?
Simple. Purchase a Non-Atrium Room Add-On for your room. This reserves the room across the hall from your Atrium Viewing Room. Guests in your party can cross the hall to view the show, then cross back to their Non-Atrium Room when the show ends and it’s time for bed.

If I have a Bottle Service Table, can I wander around the hotel?
No. Bottle Service Table-viewing guests must either be at their Bottle Service Table, or in their Non-Atrium Rooms at all times. No wandering is allowed.

Can I go into my friends room?
No, you are only permitted in your room associated with your ticket.

Can I upgrade my room?
Non-Atrium Room Add-Ons are available during and after purchase, but upgrading from an Atrium Viewing Room to a Bottle Service Table after purchase will incur a change fee.

What other Add-Ons are available?
Guests have the option to add drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to their room so the evening’s libations in the room waiting for them before they arrive.

Where and when will check-in be?
Check-in will take place in the hotel lobby, just like it would for any other hotel booking. Check-in times will be staggered, based on your ticket type.
